ZARA S Casarecce ~ Eggless

Our fresh Casarecce is made with 100% Durum wheat semolina flourhas the perfect amount of tooth and catches sauce beautifully in its gentle twists. Originating is Sicily, Casarecce is most often served with typically southern ingredients like eggplant, tomatoes, basil and often served with seafood. A great alternative to fusilli or penne pasta.

SAUCE SUGGESTION: ZARA S Marinara, Spicy Italian Sausage sauce or fresh Basil Pesto.

SUGGESTED SERVING SIZE: 200g per person for a main course serving.
