ZARA S Mezzi Paccheri

Paccheri, the pasta with attitude! Originating in Naples, the name Paccheri comes from the Neapolitan word “paccharia” meaning “slaps” referring to the slapping sound they make when mixed with sauce. We love this pasta and think it couldn’t be more representative of a city that is full of under appreciated attitude and depth.

SAUCE SUGGESTION: Most often served with a Neapolitan Sunday ragù, a slowly simmered meat sauce, we love Paccheri for its tooth and ability to hold it’s own with chunky sauces.
Make your own Sunday sauce or try it with ZARA S Spicy Italian Sausage sauce. Either way we’re sure you’ll love it as much as we do.
