ZARA S Butternut Squash Ravioloni

These are what we’re famous for! These vibrantly coloured stripped Ravioloni (large ravioli) are naturally coloured, pillows of pasta stuffed with sweet butternut squash, creamy mascarpone and ricotta cheese and subtly seasoned with cardamom, nutmeg and sage.

SAUCE SUGGESTION: To complement the sweetness of the filling, we suggest serving with ZARA S Fresh Basil Pesto or simply with brown butter and sage and grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

SERVING SIZE: We suggest 200g (approx. 6 – 7 pieces) per person for a main course.
