ZARAs Fresh Campanelle ~ Eggless

Italian for “bellflowers”, Campanelle’s cone-like shape and ruffled edges cradles sauce beautifully. Traditionally served with a thicker sauce like rogue or bolognese, we also enjoy it tossed with curly kale sautéed with garlic, olive oil, a hint of red chilli flakes and freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

SAUCE SUGGESTION: ZARA S Bolognese, Spicy Italian Sausage or Marinara sauce.

SERVING SIZE: We recommend 200g per person for a main course.
